ARUON (Aruon-AI LLC, doing business as ARUON AI — "ARUON," "we," "us") provides AI-powered business automation and research services, including construction bid coordination and real estate investment research. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services and our business communications, including telephone calls, email, and SMS text messages. It is the Privacy Policy referenced in our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

In the course of providing our services and conducting business-to-business communications, we may collect: business contact information (name, professional role, organization, business phone number, and business email address); the content of business correspondence with us; notes summarizing business telephone conversations; and account and service information provided by our customers. We collect this information directly from you during business interactions, from our customers' vendor or business records, or from publicly available professional sources such as business listings and public records.

How we use information

We use business contact information to conduct the professional correspondence you are engaged in with us — for example, to coordinate a construction bid you were invited to submit, to follow up on a conversation, to deliver information you requested, or to schedule a call. We also use information to operate, secure, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use business contact information for cold marketing campaigns.

SMS / text messaging

We send text messages only in connection with an existing or prospective business relationship or an active business conversation — for example, bid coordination messages to subcontractors invited to bid on a project, or research follow-up messages that a real estate professional or municipal contact has requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies by program and is low — typically only a few messages per project or per conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently across all ARUON numbers and channels. Telephone calls

Business calls placed by our services may be conducted by an AI voice assistant, which identifies itself at the start of the call. Where call recording is used, it is disclosed in accordance with applicable law;  Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy where permitted by law; in states requiring all-party consent, we do not record — our assistant takes written notes only . If you ask not to be contacted again, we add your number to an internal do-not-contact list that applies across all our numbers and channels.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide our services: with the customer on whose behalf we are communicating (for example, the general contractor whose bid we are coordinating), with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as telephony and cloud infrastructure providers), and where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Data retention and security

We retain business contact records and conversation notes for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes and as required by law. Records are stored on access-controlled systems, and data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. After account cancellation, customer accounts are handled as described in our Terms of Service.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information by emailing support@aruon.ai or legal@aruon.ai. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of calls by telling us not to call — both are honored immediately.

Children

Our services are business tools intended for use by adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
